Shipping

  • Shipping is free within Colombia to most cities.

    For San Andrés and Providencia only, shipping costs $20,000.

  • You will receive an email with shipping information. In it, you will find the tracking number and carrier to track your order.

  • If any of your products arrive with a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new one or refund your money. Write to us here with your purchase details so we can resolve it.

  • We accept payment by card from most cards such as Visa, Mastercard.

    If you want to pay by Nequi or Llave, write to us on WhatsApp and we will help you through that means.

  • Yes, we ship to the United States. We require 2-3 business days to prepare your order and 10 business days for you to receive your product.

Returns

  • In the event that your product is defective from the factory, you may return it, and we will cover the costs associated with the return.

    If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. In this case, the product must be in perfect condition.

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, Capri will cover the return costs.

    If the customer wishes to return the product for any other reason, the customer will cover the return costs.

  • Yes, we offer free shipping for large domestic orders. Check the cart to see the current deal on free shipping.

Discounts

  • Yes, our discount codes expire. Most of our codes are associated with a promotion defined for a specific period. If you have questions about a particular code, please contact us.

  • Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code per user per purchase and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
