We use natural leather in all our products. For the keychains, we use scraps that have been discarded by others.
The personalized keychain is made to order, and we need 1 week to produce it. After that, we will ship it within 2-3 days from our workshop in Bogotá.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times within Bogotá are 1-2 business days. Shipping times to other cities are 2-3 business days.
Shipping to the United States takes 10 business days.

The scraps left over from other companies are usually small pieces with imperfections. It's not possible to get long strips like those needed for collars and leashes. That's why we use it for keychains and sometimes other small accessories.
