We use natural leather in all our products. For the keychains, we use scraps that have been discarded by others.
If your product is in stock, we will ship it in 2-3 days from our workshop in Bogotá. If it is made to order, due to lack of stock, we need a maximum of 1 week to manufacture the product. From that moment, we will ship it in 2-3 days from our workshop in Bogotá.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times within Bogotá are 1-2 business days. Shipping times to other cities are 2-3 business days.
Shipping to the United States takes 10 business days.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it as long as the products are in perfect condition. Personalized products are not eligible for return.
